인간이 하나님을 가장 잘 알 수 있는 방법은 성경말씀을 통해서 알 수 있습니다.
하나님은 수천년 동안 계시를 통하여 자신을 세상에 나타내 보이셨습니다.
인간이 아무리 개인적으로 종교적인 체험을 했다고 할지라도
그것은 개인적인 경험일 뿐 말씀을 능가할 수는 없습니다.
따라서 말씀을 묵상하며 듣고, 계속적인 공부를 하면 하나님을 만나고 경험할 수 있습니다.
그리고 말씀 안에서 하나님을 만난 경험을 한 사람만이 주님의 제자가 될 것입니다.
로턴 새빛연합감리교회는 말씀 속에서 하나님을 만나는 경험을 하기 위하여
교우들에게 다양한 성경공부반을 개설하였습니다.

The Bible provides the best way for man to know God.
God has revealed Himself to the world through revelation for thousands of years.
No matter how personally a human being has experienced
a religious experience, it is just personal experience and cannot surpass the Word.
Therefore, by meditating and listening to the Word and continuing to study,
people can meet and experience God.
And only those who have experienced meeting God in the Word will be the disciples of Christ.
The Lawton New Light United Methodist Church has established a variety of
Bible study courses for our teachers for the experience of meeting God in the Word.
